Shipping

Everything ships from ʻAiea, Oʻahu, Hawaiʻi.

Processing time: orders are packed and shipped within 2 business days. Most go out sooner.

Shipping is free on all orders within the United States. No minimum and nothing calculated at checkout — we build shipping into our prices instead. We ship via USPS Ground Advantage.

Transit time: typically 5–10 business days to the mainland, and faster within Hawaiʻi. Shipping from an island adds time compared to mainland sellers, and we'd rather tell you that up front than surprise you.

Where we ship: the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaiʻi, and APO/FPO addresses. We don't ship internationally at this time.

Tracking: every order ships with tracking, emailed to you when the label is created.

Free local pickup on Oʻahu. Choose local pickup at checkout and we'll email you to arrange a time and place. No charge.

Furniture and oversized items are pickup only and can't be shipped. Those listings say so clearly.

Delivery estimates are estimates. Once a package is with USPS, delivery timing is out of our hands. If a package arrives damaged, keep all the packaging and see our Refund Policy — carrier claims require it.

Please double-check your address at checkout. Packages returned to us for a bad address can be reshipped at your cost.
