FAQ
About the shop
What kind of things do you sell?
One-of-a-kind finds — vintage, collectible, and pre-owned. Records, books, glassware, clothing, cameras, art, oddities. The stock changes constantly, and there's usually only one of anything.
Where are you based?
ʻAiea, on Oʻahu. We're an independent resale shop — based here, sourced everywhere.
Condition and accuracy
Is everything used?
Most of it. Every listing states the condition plainly and names any flaws, and the photos show the actual item you'll receive — never a stock image.
How do I know what condition something is really in?
Read the condition line and look at the photos. We measure clothing rather than relying on tag sizes, list dimensions on everything, and photograph flaws close up. If something isn't clear, ask us before you buy — we'd much rather answer a question than process a claim.
Ordering
Can I make an offer?
Yes. Send us a message with the item and your offer and we'll get back to you. Reasonable offers usually work out.
Do you hold items?
Since there's only one of each, items sell to whoever checks out first. We can't hold without payment.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 2 business days, usually sooner. Delivery to the mainland typically runs 5–10 business days, faster within Hawaiʻi. Shipping from an island takes longer than from the mainland, and we'd rather say so up front. See our Shipping Policy for the details.
How much is shipping?
Nothing. Shipping is free on every order within the US. We build it into our prices instead of surprising you at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time — United States only, including Alaska, Hawaiʻi, and APO/FPO addresses.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes, free anywhere on Oʻahu. Choose local pickup at checkout and we'll email you to arrange a time.
What about furniture and large items?
Those are pickup only and can't be shipped. Listings say so clearly.
Returns
Do you accept returns?
All sales are final, because every item is one of a kind and described in detail before you buy.
The exception is condition: if something arrives damaged in transit or is materially not as described, contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right. Full details in our Refund Policy.
Something arrived broken. What do I do?
Keep all the packaging — carrier claims require it — and send us photos of the item and the box within 5 days.
